• All items are sold as is and inspection is recommended before purchase. The sale shall not be invalidated by reason of any defect or faults in any of the items by reason of, any of the items being incorrectly described, missing parts or quantities, and DRM Equipment shall not be liable in respect of any faults or errors of description, parts or quantities.
• No warranty is given or representation made as to the state, condition, quality, fitness for purpose, merchantable quality or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements in respect of any items comprising the item by DRM Equipment.
• Each buyer shall pay, by EFT, Internet Banking, cash, credit cards (surcharge applies) at time of purchase and before removal of item from premises. DRM Equipment reserve the right to restrict access to the premises prior to payment in full for the item. 
• The buyer is wholly responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons incurred during the removal of an item or items purchased, including damage or injury caused by their agents, subcontractors or employees.
